DALE SCHAEFER, M.D.
Medical Director

Dr. Dale Schaefer is an owner and practicing physician in general Dermatology at Austin Dermcare since 1987, and Devenir Aesthetics since 2002. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with highest honors in 1980 with a BA in Biology. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine with honors in 1987. Texas Monthly has named him a “Super Doc” every year from 2004 through 2022.

Dr. Schaefer has been very active in medical teaching, and in 2009 the University of Texas Medical Branch named him a “Top Doc” for teaching excellence. Dr. Schaefer has been Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 1987.
IZABELA SIKORA

Izabela is the new and proud owner of Devenir Aesthetics, a luxury spa located in Austin, TX. She is a passionate advocate for self-care and believes that everyone deserves to feel and look their best. Izabela has been in the spa industry for over 10 years, and she has a wealth of experience in all aspects of medical spa operations. She is also very well-known and connected in the industry and will find the best solution for your needs.

She is committed to providing her clients with the highest quality services with top-of-the-line technology in a relaxing and luxurious environment. She believes in the importance of feeling and looking amazing and she strives to create an atmosphere where her clients can relax and rejuvenate with FDA-approved products of the highest quality as well as her incredibly talented and experienced team.

Izabela is also a strong supporter of the local community. She is a member and a frequent volunteer at local charities and organizations. She is a dedicated and passionate businesswoman who is committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients and the community. She is a role model for women everywhere, and she is an inspiration to all who know her.

JENNIFER JACQUES
NURSE PRACTITIONER

Jennifer is a native of Kansas. Her first degree from Kansas State University was in Spanish Language and Literature. She then went on to study nursing at Fort Hays State University in Western Kansas, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After moving to Kansas City, she began practicing as a registered nurse in the neurology department. In 2014, she relocated to Texas, living in Dallas for a few years before returning to graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin. After completing the Family Nurse Practitioner program at UT, she spent a few months working as an intern for Dr. Schaefer in his dermatology practice. Here she also learned the basics of aesthetic medicine.

She approaches aesthetics not only as a medical specialty, but as an art. Each patient is approached as a unique individual and her goal is to make her patients look like the best version of themselves. Her intention is to create a space for her patients to feel safe and understood and to include her patients in their skincare or aesthetic plan.
Jennifer believes in maintaining a continued education throughout her professional journey. It is important to her to stay up-to-date on the latest products and techniques in the industry. She approaches aesthetics with a growth mindset and enjoys the learning process.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her 4-year-old Doberman, traveling, watching NFL games, (particularly the Kansas City Chiefs), cooking new recipes, trying new restaurants with friends, reading, lifting weights, or taking a good nap.
ASHTON SHAWVER
Practice Manager

Ashton is a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Manager, leveraging a diverse background in the entertainment, medical, and beauty industries to provide exceptional patient care and support. Having previously worked as a hairstylist in the entertainment industry, he possesses an innate understanding of the transformative power of beauty and self-expression.
Before joining Devenir, he most recently spent time as an entertainer, captivating audiences on the Las Vegas strip. This background has instilled in him the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. He understands the importance of building trust and rapport with patients, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey at Devenir Aesthetics. Furthermore, he brings extensive experience as a medical billing specialist, ensuring seamless administrative processes and efficient coordination of patient services.
As a Practice Manager, Ashton is committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering a warm and welcoming environment, and ensuring that each patient's experience is nothing short of extraordinary
ALISSA SAENZ
Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Cosmetic Injection Specialist

Alissa was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She moved to Austin in 1979 and attended St. Edwards University. Prior to her career in aesthetics, which she began in 2001, she directed a transitional housing program for homeless families.
Alissa helped launch Botox in Austin in 2003 and has taken advanced level aesthetic classes with world renowned industry leaders in cosmetic injectables, IPL and Lasers. She continues her training journey with a philosophy that you can always expand your knowledge. She has also trained doctors and other providers in all levels of aesthetic procedures. Her treatment philosophy is based on an individualized approach and she favors a natural appearance. Alissa’s favorite part about her job is helping people feel better about themselves, inside and out, whether it’s treating people with traumatic scars or helping someone with preventative and corrective cosmetic procedures.
She also enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 grandsons. Her hobbies include taking ballet, reading, cooking, travel, art, history, learning something new and watching sports—especially the New Orleans Saints and the San Antonio Spurs!
STACEY FEY
Licensed Aesthetician

My name is Stacey Fey I'm a licensed Aesthetician with a passion for skincare. With 27 years of experience in the industry, I have dedicated my career to helping clients achieve their best skin through personalized treatments and skincare routines.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin, and I take a holistic approach to skincare, focusing on both the health and appearance of the skin. I am always continuing my education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in skincare technology and techniques.
I have expertise in facials, chemical peels, hydra-facials, dermaplaning, and SkinPen.
I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, making jewelry and hanging out with my hubby and our 2 pups.

KELLY ANDERSON

Kelly Anderson is a devoted esthetician and licensed laser technician with over 5 years of experience in the industry. She is passionate about helping people achieve their desired results and takes great pride in delivering personalized care to each and every one of her clients. Kelly grew up in Lubbock, Texas as a farmer’s daughter in a large loving family, instilling in her a strong work ethic and a commitment to helping others.
Kelly’s positive and cheerful personality makes her a joy to be around. She loves making people smile and laugh. When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors or simply relaxing at home, Kelly is always looking for ways to enjoy life to the fullest.

Crystal Rogers
Patient Coordinator
Crystal is a native of Austin, Texas, where she was born and raised. With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, Crystal has honed her skills and expertise in medical billing and coding. After graduating from Lanier High School in 2010, she pursued further education at Everest Institute and obtained her diploma as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist in 2011.
Crystal's career began at Hyde Park Surgery Center as a medical biller and coder, where she gained valuable experience in the field. Prior to joining Devenir Aesthetics, she served as a patient care coordinator and medical billing specialist at Allergy Partners of Austin for 5 years. Crystal's passion for beauty, makeup, fashion, and the medical field led her to Devenir Aesthetics, where she saw the perfect opportunity to combine her interests in the med spa industry.
